Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.

2. Cancellation by Demphy Stays

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative accommodation of equal or greater value.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
